KINKI SHIGARAKI YAKI

This pottery was made by Kamamoto Utsuwa in Shigaraki Town, Koka City, Shiga Prefecture.
It was fired in a wood-fired kiln without using glaze, allowing the Shigaraki clay itself to shine through.
